Are you Registered as a Volunteer?
Parents if you are coming to volunteer for your child’s class party please remember that you MUST be a registered volunteer. You cannot turn in your paper work that day. It must be turned in at least 15 days prior to the party. You will not be allowed access to the classroom without being a registered volunteer.
Parents, if you are coming to volunteer in your child’s classroom you must be a registered volunteer. No visitors are allowed in the classroom. If you have a grandparent or family member coming to visit and they are going to stay with you while you volunteer they ARE NOT allowed in the classroom. All volunteers must be registered before they are allowed in the classroom.
Parents if you are coming to have lunch with your child you do not need to be a registered volunteer. Please bring your drivers license when you check in the front office. You will not be allowed access to the lunch room without showing your drivers license first.
*Level 2 volunteer is a fingerprinted volunteer that is usually going on a field trip or is any other unsupervised position. To be in the classroom or in the school you DO NOT need to be a level 2 volunteer. If you need to be fingerprinted for an upcoming field trip please check with your teacher or Janet Martin for more information. After your fingerprints are approved you will be provided information on where to get your badge made. This clearance is good in any Pinellas county school and is good for 5 years.

Volunteers if you need to have level 2 clearance and need to get fingerprinted there are a few options.
